Happy to work with Mark for the third time, I believe. Answered my questions timely and fixed my silly problem while sailing. Somehow got a cabin upgrade not expected (or paid for), too! I want to thank Mark for all his work to help my daughter and I to have our dream vacation. We visited Paris, Vienna, Salzburg, London and Liverpool. Every leg of the trip travel and accommodations came off without a hitch. Every hotel seemed to be right in the midst of our itinerary. Mark and his team put together the best vacations! I have had Mark and his team put together 4 trips for me in the last few years. All of them have been huge successes!! Mark has great connections in all the places we have traveled. He sets up all our tours, transportation to and from the hotel and for every tour as well. The accommodations have always lived up to what was expected and many times exceeded. Safety can be a big thing when traveling to 3rd world countries and Mark always keeps that in mind. I worked with Mark & Helen to plan our babymoon in November, 2019. Mark exceeded all expectations I had about working with a travel planner. I reached out to him over a holiday weekend to begin looking into ideas (I was not expecting to hear back from them until after the holiday) and almost immediately got a reply asking me questions to begin his research. After Mark patiently answered all of my questions, he found us the most INCREDIBLE resort in the Florida Keys called Isla Bella Beach Resort. It was exactly in our budget and was a brand new resort - we would have never found this place on our own. Just had a wonderful Mississippi cruise aboard the American Queen. Thanks to Mark we had several days in New Orleans as well as a day inMemphis as bookends. We have been wanting to book a trip to go back to visit Aruba. We have been watching flights and hotel packages for several years and we could not find a decent price for a package.
